Products and Services – Unify Safety Supply provides personal protective equipment (PPE) for various industries. We make every effort to provide accurate product information on our website, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
Ordering and Payment – All orders are subject to acceptance by Unify Safety Supply. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products ordered and to refuse service to any customer. Payment must be made at the time of purchase, or as per net terms. We accept EFT’s, e-transfers, cheque and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and Delivery – We ship to locations within Canada. Shipping fees are included for orders overs $2,000.00 cdn dollars before tax. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Unify Safety Supply is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Returns and Exchanges – Unify Safety Supply accepts returns and exchanges of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Customers must contact us prior to returning any product to obtain a return authorization number. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Warranty – Unify Safety Supply warranties its products against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Limitation of Liability – Unify Safety Supply shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intellectual Property – The content and design of our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Unify Safety Supply and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on our website without our prior written consent.
Governing Law – These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.
